Prior to paper submission authors should register on official conference site. The submission is done in the Profile of the Author on official conference site .

The authors should follow the general guedelines of the partner IEEE  PIERE conference 

Presentation

Presentation requirements are determined by the requirements of the partner IEEE PEIRE conference.

Presentation Format

• Aspect ratio of 16:9
• Text should be in English only, with a large font size (minimum 18 pt)
• Presentation slides should be easily readable when viewed from a distance on a screen

Presentation Timing

• The duration of the speech is 7 minutes (additional 7 minutes are allocated for questions and discussion)
• Language of the report: Russian or English,
• Text on slides: English.
